Monday - Saturday class times

CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements at a high intensity. Workouts are different each day and modified for any level of fitness.


Sweat Class

M-F 8:15am-9am

Our 45 minute cardio class will help you strengthen, tone and burn calories without barbell movements.


Burn Class

M-F 5:30pm-6pm

Our 30 minute express cardio class without barbell movements.


Olympic Lifting

Saturday at 7am  |    $10/class

Work on your snatch or clean and jerk technique with our CrossFit certified Olympic lifting coaches.

Open Gym

Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Work on your weaknesses or catch up on a missed workout in open gym.
