Monday- Saturday class times.
CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements at a high intensity. Workouts are different each day and modified for any level of fitness.
Our 45 minute cardio class will help you strengthen, tone and burn calories without barbell movements.
Our 30-45 minute express cardio class without barbell movements. Almost always a partner workout.
Barbell specific class focused on strength and muscle gain.
Saturday 7am | $10/class
Work on your snatch or clean and jerk technique with our CrossFit certified Olympic lifting coaches.
