New To CrossFit?

Begin your journey with
3 intro sessions​ with a certified CrossFit Level 1 Trainer​
During these sessions you will learn:

  • The basic movements of CrossFit, including gymnastics, metabolic conditioning, and barbell movements 

  • CrossFit methodology- why we do what we do

  • How to move safely and efficiently during workouts

  • And meet some of our coaches and other members

When you are finished you will feel more confident and can attend any class with your unlimited membership.
